Dr Saurabh Lama

Dr. Saurabh Lama graduated in 1998 after which he joined his father in his dental practice in India which was started by his grandfather in 1932 where he gained invaluable experience and acumen so it would not be wrong to say that dentistry is in his blood. After practicing in India for 8 years he decided to move to Australia with his family to widen his horizons and to grow more in his profession which he loves. He worked in Sydney dental and Westmead hospital and community clinic in Port Macquaire as part of his accreditation process in Australia before joining private practice Smile Craft Dental in Wingham. So, ever passionate for new horizons, in 2012 the doctor was inspired to open additional office in Tuncurry. Dr Lama continually pursues dental education to ensure his patients have a full range of latest options for their care. Technically excellent, he excels at educating patients of all ages on their dental needs and the procedures that they may require. His intense study has enabled him to deliver high quality, comprehensive dentistry in a personalised environment, focusing completely on patient satisfaction.


Dr Pooja Lama

Dr. Pooja has been a practicing dentist for 15 years with 7 years in Australia. After she moved to Australia with her family she worked for few years in community clinic in Taree and Forster. At this time she and her family fell in love with the Manning and great lakes area and became passionate about practicing dentistry in the area and soon took up the private practice in Wingham in early 2010.
She has spent several more years gaining expertise as a dentist. She has an extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry and takes pride in her strong dedication to patient care. Her unparalleled commitment to excellence, quality and detail in her work along with focus on patient comfort, is commendable. She finds educating patients, improving their oral health and smile to be extremely rewarding. She involves the patient one to one for treatment planning. She is respected and trusted by patients of all age groups.

Moana has been a part of our dental team since we first came in operation in 2010 and is very passionate about ensuring that our patients have a pleasant dental experience at our practices. Moana is very approachable and will do her utmost to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
